Monica Rondino started drawing from the day she could hold a pencil. She studied languages (thanks to which, every now and then, she has undertaken work as a translator and that gives her a lot of satisfaction) but her love for drawing led her to the artistic field. After a course in comics and 2D animation in Rome, she began to work in various 2D animation studios for projects from TV series and feature films to commercials.
In recent years, she has focused her work on children’s book illustration and comics, often in collaboration with Andrea Pucci with whom she illustrated her first picture book “TOOFS,” written by Australian authors, Jennifer and Estelle Poulter.
